How to Get a Spanish IP Address
If you live in Spain and go online there, or establish an Internet connection while travelling there, you have access to all the usual web options. But what about when you live or travel outside of Spain and want to access TV streaming or websites that are only available within Spain? For example, showing football events is restricted by geo-blocking for broadcasting reasons unless you have a Spanish IP address.

Spanish content on Netflix and other streaming services is basically accessible throughout the EU outside of Spain since 2018, in accordance with an EU regulation, but providers do make use of their right to block individual users who permanently access content intended for Spain with non-Spanish IP addresses.

Is it legal to use a VPN to spoof a Spanish IP address?

In most countries it is not illegal to set up a VPN tunnel to Spain. However, some streaming service providers explicitly exclude the use of their services from abroad in their terms and conditions.
